Hi! I'm Paula and I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In Argentina there is a deeply rooted tradition of sharing baked goods, sweets and mate with friends and family. After my third child I decided to leave corporate life behind and bring the flavours and warmth of Argentine baking to the UK. You will find me baking empanadas, alfajores and sweet tarts - always full of dulce de leche or membrillo - as well as the occasional birthday cake and dessert.
